There's not much here, and while one could consider it sparse, I prefer to think that I keep my corner of the internet neat, tidy, and clutter free. who am i kidding my website is last on my todo list

Anyways...

In 2018, I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Physics. Along the way, I was able to do a bit of work in observational astronomy (admittedly, I just like a big telescope), needed to analyze a whole bunch of data, and quickly found that machines simply deal with data better. Big surprise!

My programming chops were lacking, so I started gravitating toward problems that could be solved with software. Now I solve problems with software professionally.

Currently, I'm a Senior Software Engineer at Apex Turbine Testing Technologies, where I work on data acquisition and analysis systems for aeromechanical and turbomachinery testing.

In my free time, I hang out with my wife and kids and our dog, spend time in my shop as a part-time woodworker, full-time piddler, and play piano at entirely too late an hour.
